The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce that the complete Cuyahoga County Employee Handbook is now in effect for non-bargaining employees and many bargaining employees. This includes sections 7 and 11 which update attendance and paid and unpaid leave policies. Please note that some changes, such as the requirement to enter forty (40) hours worked during a week before entering overtime/compensatory time or exchange time, will be apparent to non-bargaining employees who enter hours in the MyHR system. Discussions for some bargaining groups are ongoing.
